Auctus Management Group have taken the decision to enrol the entire workforce onto the Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) course, the aim of which is to guide behavioural changes.
The company have been working in partnership with Keystone to ingrain the message of safety into the beliefs and values of the organisation and its subsidiary companies. BBS is a process that reduces unsafe behaviours that can lead to incidents occurring on work-sites. The course focuses on worker behaviour and human factors rather than limiting itself to the traditional approach of engineering safeguards.
BBS will be led by front line staff, and supported by top-level management, who will lead by example and ensure that the safety practices learnt in BBS are embedded within the company’s culture. Moreover, the course will decrease the human and financial costs of accidents and lead to reduced injuries and illness as well as improving morale, quality, performance and productivity.
Due to on-going expansion and exponential growth, Auctus Management Group and RSS INFRASTRUCTURE have moved to new premises. The new location provides plenty of room for the growing number of staff, together with increased storage facilities for equipment, whilst providing sufficient space for future expansion. This move is an important milestone in the company’s growth and marks the start of the next phase in its business development.
This move will allow the company to consolidate all of the groups businesses, which includes INFRA Skills, Auctus Apprenticeship Agency, Auctus Workforce Solutions and RSS INFRASTRUCTURE, into one building.
Auctus Management Group have undergone a complete rebrand, which has modernised the brand image and logo and has been a great success in clarifying the brand position. With the adoption of its new brand identity and logo, the company has simultaneously launched their redesigned website. The re-branding will continue to build and foster the company’s unmatched dedication in delivering a range of services to support and maintain the UK’s Infrastructure.
In devising the new corporate identity, it was essential that clients and customers embraced the new brand. To achieve this the company surveyed those people who know the brand best, its employees and customers, the responses then formed the basis of a new set of core principles.
The logo was designed in line with the companies core values and focused on communicating the collaborative element of the group, in that each individual logo when interlinked create a super graphic, representing innovation, integrity and inclusiveness.
The group also undertook the exciting decision to build a brand new online identity, which included developing websites for each individual company. The challenge was to create a sense of uniformity between each website and the social media hubs, whilst incorporating the necessary content changes required to attract different target demographics. This was achieved by aligning the design with the newly created attitudes of the company. The attitudes were designed around the company’s strengths and focused on the following key tenets; driven, inspirational, engaging and passionate.
